At Pristela, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a wonderful experience with every order.
If your order arrives damaged — such as a broken seal, an opened bottle, or any other damage that occurred during transit — we sincerely apologize and will make it right.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product must have arrived damaged or tampered (e.g. broken seal, opened bottle)
- A photo of the damaged product must be shared with us as proof
How to request a return:
Simply reach out to us at pristelaofficial@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will review your request and get back to you promptly.
Upon approval, you may choose either a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. We want to make sure you are completely taken care of.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used, or where damage occurred after delivery.
