Products
All our products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Slight natural variations in color or scent may occur from batch to batch — this is a characteristic of our cold-pressed botanical ingredients, not a defect.

Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, such as in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order will always be honored.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including our logo, product images, and descriptions — belongs to Pristela and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
