We currently deliver across Pakistan and are working hard to bring Pristela to more doorsteps every day.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your city and area. Please note that remote or far-flung areas may require a little extra time.

Pristela is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order is taking unusually long or you have any concerns, we are always here to help.
